MDCP lodged for proposed 45,000-tonne Holleton campaign

A defined step in progressing the proposed gold-reprocessing campaign through the approvals process.

A proposal to reprocess historical material

VAA Resources has lodged a Mining Development and Closure Proposal (MDCP) for a proposed 45,000-tonne conventional vat-leach campaign on mining lease M77/643 at Holleton, Western Australia.

The proposal concerns reprocessing previously mined and treated gold-bearing material at Leary's Lament. It brings together the proposed processing approach and the development and closure planning required for the approvals process.

The 45,000-tonne figure describes the proposed scope of material treatment. It is not an estimate of contained or recoverable gold, a Mineral Resource or an Ore Reserve.

Lodgement does not constitute approval to commence. The proposed campaign remains subject to the required approvals and conditions, supporting technical work, funding and operational readiness.
